The Brief

Bring The Brand to a Bigger Audience

In 2016 we were approached by the property developer, Intiland, to support their branding and marketing activities for the Serenia Hills Estate in South Jakarta, Indonesia.

The first phase of the development was nearing completion, and the Estate was planning to launch new housing clusters within the Estate and around South Jakarta. They wanted to find ways of expanding the reach and awareness for their homes and find a message that translated the essence of their brand across new offerings.

We worked closely with the client to develop their brand architecture on a cross-platform strategy that included a new website, naming and identity for new housing clusters, social media and content strategies as well campaigns to create a memorable housing brand.

We worked closely with the developer to create a brand architecture and identity for their new housing clusters that would uniquely personify each offering while maintaining the brand values of the Serenia Hills Estate.

We focused on the shared community, landscape and facilities to celebrate the values of living at Serenia Hills while identifying key features of the housing design in each cluster as part of the messaging architecture that maintained a holistic brand offering for the Estate.

WEBSITE CHALLENGE & SOLUTION

The search ranking and visibility for sereniahills.co.id was losing to multiple listing sites and real estate agents. The client needed a design that could evolve with their product offering as each new housing cluster was launched only after the preceding cluster reach 80% in sales.

We needed to build a website that was visible, easy to use, mobile friendly, and with content that engaged future home owners.

With a focus on interface design and user experience, we developed a site that would allow users to navigate content easily while focusing on the latest offerings from the Estate.

We also wanted a site that would allow the developer to give information about their offerings outside of the Estate itself while sharing the common values of the Serenia Hills brand: community and homes built around nature.

In addition to developing the client’s social media and online presence, we built and deployed a number of digital marketing campaigns in a cross-platform strategy that grew site traffic, social media followers, and sales.
